Relationships within the group of children and teachers are key factors in their development and learning. Therefore we aim to create an environment with a strong feeling of community and encourage the harmony of reciprocal relationships, respect and cooperation. The child needs to feel security, support and understanding when away from his/her family too.
We speak to children as to our partners. Our teachers are inspired by non-violent communication (NVC) and help children to express their feelings as needs.
